The Golden Eagle by Deepak Dalal

No matter what yesterday was like, birds always start the new day!
Happy Peeps!
So, I am back again with another fabulous book for kids as well as adults. It's an great addition to my son's future library.
The Golden Eagle is an interesting story about birds and unique squirrel. Though I haven't read the previous book- Feather tales but this book can be read independently. My favorite character is the Shikhar the squirrel who is an absolute mis-fit in the birds world. The whole revolves around the the Shikhar, Kabul and the few major characters. The book has lots of colorful and beautiful pictures which make it more interesting.
The books is written by deepak Dalal.
The author has very carefully looked into the each character and crafted and illustrated the the book very beautifully. With lots of emotion, twist up & downs this a great read and after reading this I am definitely going to get the feather tales for sure.

Thank you penguinindia and @reader_viddh for sendi…

Dawn -Warrior Princess of Kashmir

I finished my last reading of this 2019 last night "DAWN- The Warrior Princess of Kashmir" and it was so worthy. I want to congratulate the author @rakeshkkaul  for an amazing book.
The story is set around in 3000AD . The main character of the Story is a young girl "Dawn" who lived in a pod for 16 years of her life and then how her takes totally different turn. Dawn was only female left in the world. I like the story part where in she chooses the battle against Dushita  with a group of five outlaw boys and becomes the ultimate Warrior princess. She opt for daring path of battle at such stage of her life where in most of the girls wouldn't or couldn't take the step of any such thing.
The storyline just got better and interesting when the more certain characters evolved.
Overall it is a really good book and great Si-fi Saga.

Sunday ho ya Monday roz khao aande

We always want to give the best and ensure the healthy growth of our child.
I have read somewhere that eggs are a gold mine of vitamins and I totally agree on that. The egg is a very versatile food that can be used in many ways in different meals.

It is affordable and high on nutritional value. Eggs are a good source of Key nutrients that babies need, including iron for healthy blood, folate for cell growth, omega 3 fatty acids and protein. Egg contains Choline and good cholesterol which helps in the development of brain and memory.
It has the right amount of saturated fat and unsaturated fat. Minerals in eggs act as an antioxidant and helpful for building the immune system.

Eggs for Children- It offers so much and provides sufficient calories to support growth development of children. Eggs are the perfect way to start your day, great for healthy lunch as well as dinner. You can serve as a snack and finger food.

How to introduce egg- Egg yolk is easily digestible even for small babie…

The mother of Diaper- Marion Donovan

I know everyone will agree with me on this point that one of the first item babies wears is a Diaper.  The diaper is the first thing you prefer for newborn comfort.  It made our life hassle-free in many ways and I totally except that I could not imagine my life without diaper after being a Mother.   Do you know who the great person invented Diaper was?  Marion Donovan has invented the Diaper.  She is best known for developing the first waterproof disposable diaper.

She was born in 1971, and her mother passed when she was very young. Her most after-school time goes in her father's manufacturing plant.  In 1946, as housewife and mother of two kids, she was juggling between everything.  The cloth diaper annoyed as it ends up soiling bedding and cloth over and over again.
She always thought of creating something more convenient and better.   The fun fact is she started making it with a shower curtain.  She tried many ways and failed many attempts. But,  who knew a shower curtain wil…

Babyproofing Mantra- Bubble Wrap Your House Instead Of Baby

We all wait desperately to see our baby crawling and stand on his own. Most of the babies learn to crawl between the ages of 7 months and ten months.  You now have a real explorer on your hands as baby's development allows him to get up and get around. They get fascinated with everything around them like stairs, furniture, cords, doors, etc. Curiosity is blossoming, but judgment may lack behind. Babyproofing is for those few seconds when the baby reaches to something which not meant to play.

1) You can make it easy by acting like your baby. Yes! Take your home tour crawling everywhere and check which cords are hanging or uncover. Cover electrical outlets with plastic cap or boxes. 2) Look for TV, appliances and devices child can climb,  open and pullover on them.   3) Make sure cabinets are locked or put latches on cupboards and drawers.  4) Don't use tablecloth or placements, as your baby will pull them. Never leave your baby alone on the bed, the sofas and high chair.   5) …
