Quick, Healthy and Yummy- Besan Ka Chilla/Cheela | Quick Protein Breakfast

Besan chilla is one of the quick breakfast you can make. You just need to mix everything and prepare the chill. If you are a bachelor, lives alone, Student, don't know to cook or a mother who wants to prepare a quick and healthy breakfast ., this is the recipe for you. You can make it with very fewer ingredients but yet it is really tasty and healthy. You can serve this to your toddlers or send it in kids Tiffin.
You can serve besan ka Chilla plain or with chutney or tomato ketchup or with curd also.


Ingredients
For 3 Chillas
Besan - 2 Cups
Pepper-1tbs
Salt- according to the taste
Turmeric- 1 tbs
Onion - 1chopped
Tomato- 1/2 chopped
coriander - 2tbs chopped
c0hill- 1tbs chopped
ginger - 1tbs chopped
oil - for cooking
water- For making the batter


How to make-
1)Take Besan in a bowl and add turmeric, pepper, salt. Now, add water and make the batter. Mix to a smooth flowing consistency in the batter. Break lumps if any while mixing batter.

2)Then begin to mix everything. If the batter looks thick, then add more water.

3)Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped ginger and finely chopped green chillies.


4) Heat a pan on a low flame then spread a bit of oil on the that. Let the pan become medium hot. Then pour the batter on the pan.

5)Spread the batter gently so that the chilla does not break.

6)On a low flame cook the chilla till the base gets light golden. Flip and now cook the other side of Chilla.

Prepare all Besan ka Achilles like this and serve hot.
Serve besan Chilla plain or with mint chutney or any chutney of your choice or with tomato sauce or Curd. It goes very well with all.
