Turmeric Milk for immunity booster for cold and flu

At this point in time when the whole world is under the state of Pandemic, it is very important to take care of health. Taking care of all hygiene and cleanliness and what you eat is really very important. Today I am sharing a recipe of immunity booster. It is our old age recipe of India -The turmeric milk.  Turmeric milk is a great recipe for cold and flu.

It is quick and easy to prepare and can serve to all family members. All the ingredients like Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Ginger and Honey are well known for there medicinal properties. You can serve this to your little ones even as it great in taste. This milk you can serve little hot and avoid having water after this.

Serving- 1
Milk - 1 Glass
Turmeric - 1/4 tbs
Cinnamon- 1 1/2 inch
Black pepper- 4-5 Crushed
Ginger- 1/2 tbs grated
Honey -2 tbs

Take a pan now add milk, cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper, ginger stit and boiled it. Boil it for 2-3 minutes and now switch off the flame and add honey.  Mix it again and it is ready to serve.
